The AIGNER Store in Riyadh Park is a complete transformation of one of the world’s most distinguished luxury fashion brands. Set within one of Riyadh’s most vibrant retail destinations, the store is being fully redesigned and rebuilt to reflect AIGNER’s timeless elegance, craftsmanship, and modern identity. The design captures the brand’s refined aesthetic through the use of premium materials, warm lighting, and carefully balanced spatial proportions that create an inviting and luxurious atmosphere.

IHJ was commissioned to handle both the design and full turnkey fit-out of the AIGNER store. Our scope covers concept development, technical design, and execution, ensuring that every detail aligns with the brand’s international standards. The project involves a complete refurbishment of the existing store, requiring precise coordination and meticulous attention to detail. IHJ’s design team worked closely with AIGNER’s regional representatives to translate the brand’s identity into a spatial experience that meets both aesthetic and operational goals.

Scheduled for handover in Q1 2026, the new AIGNER store will serve as a showcase of IHJ’s integrated design and build capabilities.
