Barn’s Coffee, a powerhouse Saudi brand with over 700 locations across the GCC, chose Bahrain for its next expansion—and selected us as their trusted main contractor for the flagship branch at Avenues Mall. Located in one of the kingdom’s most high-traffic retail destinations, this project represented both prestige and precision.

Though we were provided with a design, our team quickly identified and resolved a few critical flaws to ensure smooth execution. Taking over the unit in a shell and core state, we managed the entire process from A to Z—civil works, MEP, structural modifications, and high-detail interior fit-outs. Every element was delivered to reflect the brand’s identity and operational needs.
