THE BAY

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

The Bay was conceived as a transformative new urban development in the western region of Saudi Arabia, covering a massive 220,000 sqm. Envisioned as a self-sustaining city within a city, the project aimed to blend residential, commercial, and recreational spaces into one cohesive and forward-thinking master plan.

OUR APPROACH

Our role was to lead the entire design process—from the grand master plan down to the smallest architectural and design elements. This was more than just drawing buildings; it was about curating a full lifestyle experience. Every road, block, elevation, and landscape feature was designed in-house, ensuring consistency and a seamless vision throughout.

IMPACT & RESULTS

After months of intensive work and cross-disciplinary collaboration, The Bay was delivered to a group of investors who were thrilled with the result. The project not only reflects our design capabilities at a macro and micro scale—it proves our ability to imagine and articulate the future of urban living in Saudi Arabia.
