The new Heba headquarters in Saudi Arabia redefines what a modern corporate space should be. Covering approximately 2,500 sqm, this expansive office floor was designed as a high-performance environment that supports productivity, comfort, and collaboration. It includes multiple meeting rooms, lounges, prayer rooms, resting stations, and a full cafeteria.

Delivered as a shell and core unit, we handled the project from A–Z—covering complete design, civil works, MEP, and full interior fit-out. Our team also managed all data infrastructure and ELV systems, ensuring seamless integration of technology throughout the space. Every detail was tailored, from furniture selection to spatial layout and finishes, resulting in a fully bespoke corporate environment.
